It's as simple as this ...
1. Attach bulkvision Label
The label should be attached to an easily accessible place on the container. The label contains a 16-digit identification number, barcode, QR code and an RFID transponder. This identification number is unique, thus ensuring worldwide utilisation across all borders and continents.
2. Start bulkvision App
Register your company and the respective users with the app and manage your data. Choose between various actions, such as Container Scan, Create Container or Manage Containers, etc. You can use system templates but also individually create your own templates for your internal processes. To set up a new container, you can select the object/container with its specification from the manufacturer's catalog.
3. Scan QR- or barcode
The QR or barcode can be comfortably scanned using your smartphone or tablet by targeting the code with the smartphone- or tablet-camera. The app will immediately recognize the content which is encrypted in the code and open the viewport.
4. Read all data
Besides the technical data, actions are also stored for each container, such as loading/unloading, cleaning, disinfection, inspection reports in accordance with DIN 10502-1 test, maintenance, input and output check, site management and more.
